Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit can be applied to a future appointment.
However, if you provide less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. If you No Call - No Show you will be charged 100% of the service.
Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be treated as a no-show, and a cancellation fee will be incurred.
